Fantastic afternoon at the Royal College of Chiropractors summer conference in Birmingham

Honoured to have been invited to speak about managing Mental Health and Psychological Trauma within a session - and how practitioners need to also look after them selves.

Had some very open, vulnerable and insightful conversations with many after- so great to see that a trauma-informed approach is being embraced.

Also managed to hear other inspiring speakers sharing their wisdom.

Brilliantly organised with lovely food and drinks to finish the day.
