An Introduction to Trauma-Informed Coaching

A FREE webinar for coaches who want to understand how trauma impacts their clients and how to adapt their coaching approach to take account of it.

Over the past few years, we have heard more and more about 'psychological trauma' and the impact on mental and physical health. But it's important to understand that trauma arises not just in cases of abuse, neglect or violence. Many of us - and therefore many of our clients - have experienced trauma that lies outside of these tragic extremes and yet shapes our daily life, our relationships, our health and our ability to process information.

  • As a coach, are you aware of the trauma in your clients' histories?

  • Do you know how to recognise the signs of psychological trauma in your clients?

  • Are you concerned about whether or not you can coach them through the consequences of that trauma?

  • Do you want to feel more confident in how to support clients with a trauma history?

If so, then this free webinar is for you.

Over the course of 45 minutes, we will explore what psychological trauma is and why it is so relevant to coaching.

And I will outline my Trauma-Sense programme: one of the only programmes of its kind to help coaches to become more trauma-aware and trauma-informed in their coaching practice.
