I’m going to be a TEDx speaker!

I am thrilled to share that I will be standing on the at TEDxTralee Women, with as one of 26 speakers and performers.

I am excited and honoured to have the opportunity to speak about the power of acknowledging trauma to dispersing shame and share how we ALL have the potential to heal.

This year’s theme is ‘Empowering Resilience’.
